About us

QRED was founded in 2019 based on an idea by engineer Diego Quartesan as an innovative research start-up in the field of industrial robotics, within the Padua University technology incubator (Galileo Visionary District - Start Cube).
Between 2019 and 2024, QRED developed and filed four patents in the robotic and metalworking fields.
During this period, it established strategic partnerships with leading national and international companies, drawing on a team of outstanding designers and researchers, for the design and realization of autonomous robotic systems.
In July 2025, at the end of the incubation program, QRED ​had established itself as an innovative research company focused on industrial and mobile robotics, with further patents in the process of being filed.
Currently, QRED is expanding its research perimeter beyond the metalworking sector, exploring new application domains of advanced robotics.
